Specimen Preservation Lab from the game Stellar Blade contains a laser beam reflection puzzle. This guide page explains how to direct the beam and how to obtain the fusion cell as part of the Altess Levoire mission.

Altess Levoire location from Stellar Blade requires you to solve a puzzle with a laser beam. On this page of our guide, you will find instructions on how to activate the laser, as well as how to control the laser beam in the Specimen Preservation Lab location. Finding the correct solution to the puzzle will enable Eve to obtain a fusion cell.

Where are the generator and fusion cell?

1. One of the rooms in Altess Levoire is a location called Specimen Preservation Lab with large tanks containing monsters inside. In this room, you will also find a generator and the objective of the described puzzle is to obtain its fusion cell.
2. Your task will be to activate the laser and reflect the beam so that it reaches the device in the picture.

How to turn on the laser?

1. There is initially nothing to do on the ground floor. Use the ladder to reach the upper balconies. Defeat successive monsters and reach the room with the first console from the picture. The doors at the other end of the room will open.

1. Find a console on the balcony that will extend a small bridge. Perform 2 small jumps and reach the room with the second console (see above picture).

1. Interacting with the second console will activate the laser at the bottom.
2. Watch out for more monsters and reach the console that enables you to extend the second bridge. Ultimately, you need to return to the ladder and go back down to the lower level.

Solving the laser beam puzzle

1. In the area, there are laser beam deflecting devices - you can grab them (hold R2), change their position, and also rotate them.

1. When solving the puzzle, avoid situations where the beam stops for longer time on large tanks. This can make them explode and additional monsters to kill will pop out of them (you can also kill them with the laser beam if the creature is far enough from Eve).

1. Leave the first device alone and move other devices found in different parts of the room. Direct the beam at the beginning to the initial area of the room, i.e. the one adjacent to the generator.

1. The laser beam must hit the center of the device shown on the picture.

1. After the cutscene, you will unlock access to the fusion cell. You can take it with you and use it to unlock the exit from this room (picture 2).
