Find a way past the palace
The Count of Paris starts immediately after the Siege of Paris. Your task is to find a way through the walls of the palace. You can do this on your own or ask Nolwenn for help. She is the smuggler who helped you get to the bridge.
Nolwenn is on one of the rooftops - climb up to her and talk about your task.
The woman will lead you to the passageways. Along the way, you will be attacked by several guards. Defeat to proceed. You can do this quietly so that no one is aware of your presence.
Nolwenn will lead you to the tunnels. You can follow them until you get to the end of the road. However, you must assassinate the two guards who are roaming the tunnels.
Find and Confront Count Odo
You will enter the Count's palace through the window on the left side of the building.
Inside, just talk to one of the Frenchmen - he will ask for a priest.
Talk to the drunken man - he will distract the guards and allow you to proceed to the next wing.
You will find several notes in this area. One of them is about the kitchen, where you can get more clues. The second tells of Odo's sick wife - she may know where her husband is.
Time to go to the kitchen. You can sneak around, but nothing will happen if you start a fight and kill all the guards.
Talk to Henriette in the kitchen. She will gladly tell you about Theodrate's situation.
The next step is to take the wine that is lying on the table. Bring it to the drunken Walter - he will give you the key to Odo's bedroom.
In the bedroom you will find Odo's wife. You will have a dialogue choice when talking to her, but it will not affect the woman's behavior. She will give you the message for her husband. She will also tell that the man is in the Sanctuary - you will be given a key.
Confront Count Odo
Reach the shrine and confront the target. The Count fights using a huge sword and shield. Avoid his attacks and target his weak points - his right leg and his back. Try to attack him from behind so you can attack his back. A bow will work well - you will keep him at a considerable distance.
The fight will be interrupted by a cut-scene, during which the king and Sigfried will declare a truce. You have several dialogue options, but none of which affect the fate of the story.
After that, you will get a new task.
