You'll receive this quest from Arabella, if you've saved her from Kagha in Act 1. You'll find the girl near the House of Healing, close to the gate.

Find Arabella's Parents - side quest walkthrough, Baldur's Gate 3

You'll find Arabella at coordinates X:-152 Y:14. Talk to her to trigger a cutscene. Let her stay at your camp and deal with the two shadows.

Next, enter the House of Healing and head to the right wing.

Talk to the undead nurse there.

You'll find Arabella's parents - dead. You can deceive the nurse, unlocking her as a merchant. Return to camp and deliver the bad news to the girl.
