Speak to Azar
Go to the bazaar and talk to Azar. You learn that the woman owns the Rathdown trading post, but it was taken over by bandits. Azar will help you get a gift for Flann if you deal with the bandits.
Secure Rathdown trade post
Head to the location indicated on the world map and eliminate several bandits - among them, there will be two elite opponents. The leader can be easily eliminated with a Hidden Blade attack.
Restore Rathdown trade post
After recapturing the trading post, approach the wooden board and make the post functioning again - you won't have to spend any raw materials. Then talk to the overseer - you will get the furs you need, but only after you expand the Rathdown. This will require raw materials.
Raid and find resources to build trade post
You can find raw materials at Lambay Abbey. Get on your ship and sail to the location marked on the world map.
To speed up the process of obtaining resources, perform a raid and eliminate all soldiers stationed in the abbey with the help of your companions. You will find the necessary raw materials in the heavy gold chests.
Restore one of Rathdown's buildings
When you return to Rathdown, approach one of the three wooden boards and place a new building. The post supervisor will inform you that the furs will be shipped directly to Dublin.
Return to Azar
Collect the furs sent by the Rathford trading post from the chest, then talk to Azar and exchange them for a gift for Flann. The Rathdown Build Up quest will be completed - you will receive 3,400 XP.
