The time has come to crown a new Arch King of Ireland. Eivor must return to Barid and attend the ceremony in Tara.

Report to Barid
Return to Dublin and meet with Barid. From the conversation, you will learn that Ciara, Flann's poetess, is missing and the coronation ceremony cannot start without her.
Find Flann's poetess
You'll find Ciara outside the inn - use the raven if you have trouble finding the poetess. The woman is completely drunk, and on top of that, she has insulted some of the warriors sitting at a nearby table, forcing you to beat them up.
You have to fight two opponents at the same time, so try to focus on one enemy and then finish off the other.
Sober Ciara up
Ciara cannot participate in the ceremony in her current state - she needs to sober up. Carry her to a nearby pond. Once Ciara has sobered up, go with her to Barid.
Escort Ciara and Barid
Mount your horse and ride with Ciara and Barid to the location of the upcoming ceremony. You should not encounter any dangers along the way. As soon as you get to the hill, you find out that the priest who was supposed to lead the ceremony has disappeared.
Investigate the priest's disappearance
Enter the marked tent and try to determine what happened to the priest. First, examine the cup that lies on the upside-down table. Eivor will find that someone was fighting here.
Stand in front of the tent and examine the bloodstain. Then, follow that trail to the smaller tents on the right.
You'll come across another trail there - wagon tracks that lead all the way to the swamp. Go in that direction.
Eventually, you will come to a place where you will find a cart and a body of a man covered in blood. Barid identifies the body - it's Senan, the missing priest.
Kill the bandits
Head to the nearby camp and eliminate all the bandits. Take the letter from one of the bodies - it is an order to kill Flann. One of the bandits was to disguise himself as a priest and attack the Arch King of Ireland during the ceremony.
Report to Ciara
Return to Ciara and give her the letter you found next to the dead bandit's body. After the coronation ceremony, the quest Flann over Ireland will end - you will receive 3,400 XP as a reward.
