House Flipper 2

House Flipper 2 is a building simulator by Polish studio Frozen District, formerly known as Empyrean. It's a sequel to 2018's House Flipper. Once again, we play as an investor renovating purchased apartments.

Mechanics

House Flipper 2 once again has us playing as an investor, purchasing old, damaged houses, renovating them and reselling for a profit. Like in the first game, the core gameplay loop is taking orders from customers and fulfilling their needs. Different clients have different preferences regarding room layout and decor.

Renovating takes place from first-person. Using various tools, such as hammers or brooms, the player must restore the home to a good condition. We must clean up, demolish walls, install electronic devices, purchase and set up new furniture. The better we do, the more the client will pay us. House Flipper 2 also includes a free play mode, letting us build a house from scratch, from foundations to decorations, even filling it full of garbage if we so desire.
