Path 1:

1. Resolve the conflict;
2. help  Githyanki by the name of Lea'zel;
3. recruit Lea'zel to the team.

Path 2:

1. Resolve the conflict;
2. kill Lea'zel.

Walkthrough

This quest starts automatically at the beginning of the game. Near the chapel you'll encounter two tieflings keeping Lae'zel trapped. Walk up to them and start a conversation. It may end in following ways:

1. you can agree with the Tieflings and help them kill Lea'zel.;
2. pass a deception or persuasion skillcheck to free her without a fight;

1. lose the check to trigger a fight against the tieflings, after which you can free Lae'zel.

You can also destroy the bottom of the cage and help Lae'zel kill the tieflings.

Finally, you can decide if you want to recruit Lae'zel to your team. Even if you don't plan to recruit her, you can send her back to camp.
